Thismachine is suitable for colour top sheet and corrugated paper laminating.

This machine use bottom sheet automatic sent by suction device. Top paper adopt scale continuous paper feeding, top sheet left and right all course correction, unique front gauge positioning way to insure the bottom paper never exceed. Easy operation and maintenance.

Feature Introduction

Feida system

High precision and high speed feeder, smooth paper feeding, enhanced feeder device, the angle of suction nozzle can be adjusted freely adapt to different face paper.

Pre-stack section

Stack the next batch of paper without stopping the machine, make it more efficient.

Facial paper section

Adopting fish scale type to continuous feeding, uninterrupted and adopting YASKAWA motion control system. The whole process of face paper rectification and front gauge positioning, the positioning accuracy is high and the bottom paper is never advanced.

Bottom paper section

Adopt servo motor control system, air cylinder pressure feeding to ensure the corrugated.

Bottom paper section

High pressure blower suction automatic paper feeding，automatic synchronous tracking according to the running speed of the main engine. In addition, it is equipped with automobile filter element to avoid dust blockage.

Air pump

Increasing wind power to make corrugated paper better adsorption transmission, and to ensure the bottom paper output smoothly.

Gluing section

Automatically replenish the lost glue and cooperate with glue recycling to avoid glue loss and waste. The linear speed of metering roller is designed scientifically. Glue roller is made of thick and hard chromium plating material, which is corrosion resistant, ensuring gluing evenly and avoid throwing glue at high speed.

Transportation section

Design of carpet floating press, no need to adjust the pressure of the press to prevent the corrugation from flattening and opening.

Electrical system

The whole machine adopts Siemens PLC control system, Schneider inverter, Yaskawa servo motor etc. Import electrical appliances. Let warning, fault detection, abnormal condition and operation speed are displayed on the screen. Humanized design counter, convenient to record workload and piece work.

Sheet change debugging

Full servo positioning, input paper size can change the sheet adjustment, simple operation, efficient change the sheet.

Muffler

Adopting America MAC solenoid valve control system, for high pressure blower to reduce noise, so that the production noise is low.

Glue level sensor

Three sets of tactile sensors, sensing the amount of glue in time, early warning of insufficient glue, and timely glue, avoid the paper less glue and waste caused by untimely glue adding.
